The final panel of the 6GSymposium addressed the way that 5G has brought the introduction of cloud native platforms, the disaggregation of radio access networks, and a paradigm shift towards openness – together with complexity. Future 6G testbeds will need to be much more flexible and support the integration of multiple technologies.

This panel teases out the complexities of how we even begin to prepare for 6G, thanks to insights from the University of Oulu, Nokia Bell Labs, Facebook, Parallel Wireless and North Carolina State University.
