Vivek Chadha is SVP Global Head Telco Cloud at Rakuten Symphony. With more than 20 years of global technology, sales, and leadership experience, he has led and grown multimillion-dollar technology & services business portfolios with full P&L responsibility and has a wide-ranging global perspective as he has lived and worked across India, US, Australia, UK and UAE over the last 2 decades. He branched out from his strong roots in technology, rapidly progressing from a career in software engineering to consulting, sales & executive leadership.
Prior to joining Rakuten Symphony's Symworld Cloud (erstwhile Robin.io), Vivek held distinguished executive leadership roles and has previously worked in companies like Tata Communications, Wipro, and Infosys.
In the past he has led large scale OSS/BSS transformation programmes at European Telecom operators and been engaged with the Telecoms IT and Network transformation space for close to 15 years. Vivek is very enthused with the potential Cloud-native, offers to business, in helping them automate and accelerate the move to a more digital delivery and operating model.
He has authored a patent on using Collaborative Social Networks for improving Telco enterprise customer experience. Vivek holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering and also attended London Business School’s executive program on Entrepreneurship.
