Marina Yastreboff

Marina Yastreboff is the National Convener of the Australian Society for Computers and Law, whose patron is the Hon Justice Michael Kirby. AUSCL is a registered Australian charity which promotes learned discussion and engagement at the intersection of law, technology and society, through its education program and policy lab. Marina is an award winning, senior lawyer specialising in emerging technologies, technology transfer, intellectual property, and compliance, she has served as senior advisor to multi-national corporations and is currently senior counsel at a leading Group of 8 Australian research university. She serves on multiple boards including the ANZ Advisory Board for the International Association of Privacy Professionals and various steering committees.
