Kirsty is Director of Network Innovation & Transformation at Virgin Media O2 responsible for the overall strategic transformational roadmap for the VMO2 network. She has nearly 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry with previous roles including leading the development of Vodafone’s transformational Tech2025 technology strategy globally.

Kirsty has a diverse background combining two music degrees, an MBA and experience in technology operations, delivery and strategy roles. She uses her combination of creative and business skills along with the experience gained in the industry to adapt in the ever-changing world of technology and business today.
