Kimberley Parsons -Trommler

Kimberley Parsons Trommler studied mathematics and computer science at the University of Waterloo, Canada, and completed her Master of Mathematics in AI (computational linguistics) in 1997.
She has over 20 years of experience in the field of computer science, with an emphasis on data networking, including positions as:

• Software developer and team manager of Customer Engineering at Loran International Technologies (now part of HPE), in Ottawa, Canada
• Data centre architect at OpenText in St. Gallen, Switzerland
• Network architect at BMW in Munich, Germany
• Senior technical evangelist at Paessler AG in Nuernberg, Germany

Ms. Trommler has been at Bayern Innovativ since 2017, with a focus on digitalisation in the automotive industry. In 2020 she became a group manager in the Techology division, and in 2021 took over as director of Thinknet 6G.
