Geoffrey Tucker is the Director of RF Systems Engineering within NXP’s Radio Power business line, the global leader in high power RF cellular communications.  In his current role, Geoff leads R&D engineering teams responsible for creating innovative and differentiated radio concepts combining RF hardware and integrated control/conditioning algorithms pertinent to the radio front end.  During his 20+ years of semiconductor experience with Motorola, Freescale and NXP,  he has held leadership positions in areas of product development, applications engineering, emerging technologies, product management, and business strategy.  Geoff earned an electrical engineering degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder and an MBA from Arizona State University.
