Balaji Raghothaman has more than 2 decades of accomplishments in the wireless communications field. He participates actively in ORAN and holds significant positions such as editorship and rapporteur-ship. He is also a prominent part of Keysight’s efforts towards 6G.

After completing his PhD in Signal Processing at the University of Texas at Dallas, he has spent his career at Nokia, Airvana, InterDigital and CommScope, prior to joining Keysight. He has had R&D, standardization and productization responsibilities in multiple generation of technologies, especially in femtocell, small cell and cloud RAN and massive MIMO areas. He has more than 65 patents (granted and pending) to his name. Balaji lives in the Philadelphia metro area.
